Location:

Duties:

• Handle legal matters from initial pleadings through trial in medical malpractice and civil litigation defense
• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients
• Collaborate with experts to develop case strategies
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
• Represent clients during depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
• Negotiate settlements and manage mediations
• Draft and file legal documents, motions, and pleadings

Requirements:

• Experience in medical malpractice and insurance defense
• Strong research, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Nevada State Bar (required)
• Admission to the California State Bar (preferred but not required)
