  • Participate in business development activities, including networking and building client relationships.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management and workflow.
  • Prepared and delivered presentations on legal issues to clients and colleagues.
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Experience in corporate law or related legal fields.
  • Strong understanding of corporate laws, regulations, and compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
