• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs with strong attention to detail and persuasive argumentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent client relations and effective communication.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and litigation.
• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Provide mentorship to junior associates and staff, with potential to move into supervisory roles.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, with a preference for candidates with employment law experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters independently or with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in client relations and building client rapport.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school or program.

Certifications:
