Duties

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction defect defense litigation.

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

• Conduct and defend depositions of clients, witnesses, and experts.

• Perform in-depth legal research to develop case strategies.

• Prepare and present oral arguments for motions and hearings.

• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accurate documentation and correspondence.

• Prioritize and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced legal environment.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience handling construction defect litigation cases on the defense side.

• Strong research, legal writing, and analytical capabilities.

• Ability to manage litigation cases independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and legal teams.

• Experience in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

• Must hold an active California State Bar license.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
