Real Estate Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a skilled Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in real estate litigation. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a solid academic background, and the ability to manage a diverse workload efficiently.

Duties:

• Represent clients in real estate litigation, including disputes, transactions, and negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and provide sound legal advice.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and court pleadings.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
• Assist senior attorneys in trial preparation, including witness interviews, deposition preparation, and evidence gathering.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in real estate law.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience practicing real estate law, focusing on litigation.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Strong academic record with demonstrated legal aptitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Experience with deposition and trial preparation is preferred.
• Familiarity with Texas real estate laws and regulations is a plus.

Education and Certifications:
