Duties:

• Manage and supervise a team of trial attorneys and support staff

• Ensure compliance with legal standards and firm policies

Requirements:

• 10+ years of trial experience, with a focus on personal injury litigation preferred
• Proven track record in managing plaintiff or defense litigation

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Texas
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases effectively

Certifications:

• Board Certification in relevant areas of law (preferred)
