Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience working on mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, and joint ventures.
• Proven ability to take on senior roles in transactions, including leading deal processes and negotiations.
• Strong drafting and communication skills, particularly with primary transaction agreements.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills:

• Expertise in corporate law, particularly in mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, and private equity.
• Strong leadership in managing transactions and mentoring junior associates.
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
