Associate Attorney needed for Roseland office

Location:

Duties:

• Manage an assigned caseload with supervision from senior partners.
• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.
• Attend hearings, court conferences, and mediations.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Consult with expert witnesses and attend inspections.
• Prepare for trials, including trial strategy development and document review.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in New Jersey (New York Bar preferred or required).
• Experience in professional liability defense or similar areas is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of New Jersey and New York Court Rules.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active New Jersey Bar license (New York Bar preferred or required).
