  • Manage a full caseload effectively while ensuring deadlines are met and case strategy is executed.

Requirements:

  • Licensed attorney in Illinois.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal and medical information.
  • Proficient in conducting legal research and drafting case-related documents.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting cases to arbitrators and liaising with clients and claims representatives.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active and in good standing with the Illinois State Bar.

Certifications:
