Duties:

  • Assist in government contract-related matters including litigation, compliance, investigations, and M&A due diligence.
  • Handle bid protests and claims litigation, providing strong advocacy and legal expertise.
  • Provide legal counsel on compliance issues, ensuring clients adhere to government contract regulations.
  • Contribute to ongoing investigations and provide strategic legal solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients in delivering high-quality legal services.
  • Conduct legal research and offer well-crafted recommendations on complex government contract issues.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a law firm’s government contracts practice or equivalent experience in a federal agency or clerkship.

  • Proven communication skills, both oral and written, with an emphasis on persuasive and clear communication.
