Duties

  • Handle class and collective actions on behalf of employers.
  • Provide legal counsel to employers on various labor and employment regulations and strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, with an employment law background preferred.
  • Bar Admission: Active admission to the New Hampshire and Maine bars, or the ability to obtain admission promptly.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with state and federal court procedures and employment-related agency processes.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in good standing in applicable jurisdictions.
