A law firm seeks a full-time, remote Associate Attorney to join its Brookfield office. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while focusing on collection litigation and the enforcement of creditors' rights in several states. Duties:

Requirements:

  • Experience in collection litigation, or a related field.
  • Strong litigation and case management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and handle a high volume of cases.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active bar membership in Michigan (other state admissions are advantageous).
