A well-established, multi-office law firm, based in California, is seeking a skilled Trial Attorney to join its litigation team. Duties:

• Represent clients in all stages of litigation, from initial filings through to trial.
• Conduct in-depth discovery, including preparing and responding to written discovery requests, and depositions, and handling expert witness testimony.
• Develop and implement case strategies, working independently while meeting tight deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent communication and timely case updates.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with a focus on clarity and detail.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while maintaining high standards of work quality.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal matters, providing mentorship and support as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in the law, continuing legal education, and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in litigation.
• Proven ability to handle all aspects of discovery, including depositions and expert witness management.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, research, and writing abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on deadlines and client satisfaction.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Valid Bar license to practice law in California.
