Duties

  • Oversee the strategic and complex aspects of multiple legal cases throughout various stages of progress.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills when collaborating with attorneys and clients.
  • Work independently and efficiently, demonstrating a keen interest in advancing a career in Finance and Real Estate.
  • Produce high-quality legal work while meeting billable hour expectations to ensure exceptional client service.

  • Uphold the highest ethical standards in all professional interactions.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in good standing in one or more jurisdictions relevant to the firm’s operations; must maintain current license renewal and continuing legal education (CLE) requirements.
  • 5 years of experience as a licensed attorney in a law firm setting.

Preferred Experience

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Finance and Real Estate law.
