The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for advocating on behalf of injured clients and have substantial experience in personal injury litigation, particularly in the courtroom. Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, from initiation to trial.
• Conduct discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Develop strategic approaches for cases and provide expert legal counsel to clients.
• Represent clients in court by arguing motions and participating in hearings.
• Negotiate settlements in a way that prioritizes the best interests of the client.
• Collaborate effectively with the legal support team to ensure smooth case progression.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the state bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of personal injury litigation experience, including trial work.
• Proven track record of success in advocating for clients in a courtroom setting.
• Strong skills in legal research, communication, and negotiation.
• Ability to juggle multiple complex cases in a fast-paced environment.
• A dedicated commitment to client service and ethical legal practices.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
