Duties:

  • Handle mergers and acquisitions in healthcare services and healthcare technology.
  • Provide legal advice and support on significant business transactions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare mergers and acquisitions team to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on healthcare regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of law firm experience in mergers and acquisitions and significant business transactions.
  • Experience working on mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare sector is highly preferred.
  • Active, in good standing, State Bar license is required.
