Duties:

• Manage and oversee multiple commercial litigation matters, ensuring high-quality client service and timely progression of cases.

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of complex legal issues to provide sound legal advice and strategies.

• Draft and file various legal documents, including motions, memoranda, and pleadings.

• Represent clients in court, including making appearances and arguing motions.

• Manage discovery processes by drafting responses and handling written discovery.

• Take and defend depositions in business and commercial litigation cases.

• Foster strong relationships with clients and provide expert guidance on commercial litigation matters.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on complex legal disputes.

• Proven ability to lead cases, including managing client relationships and overseeing day-to-day case activities.

• Strong analytical and research skills to address complex legal challenges.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated courtroom experience, including arguing motions and taking depositions.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in Arizona (or ability to obtain promptly).
