Commercial Litigation Partner

Job Overview:
A prominent full-service litigation firm in Miami is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Partner specializing in Commercial Litigation, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, and employment law. This role will involve leading cases from inception to resolution, advising clients on compliance matters, and counseling them on employment law issues. The ideal candidate will have significant experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing complex commercial cases.

Location:

Duties:

• Lead commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution, including trials, arbitrations, and settlements
• Provide expert advice on ADA compliance and related legal matters
• Counsel clients on employment law issues, including wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, and regulatory compliance
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives
• Collaborate with other attorneys to develop and implement case strategies
• Represent clients in court, at hearings, and during settlement negotiations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial litigation, ADA compliance, and employment law
• Proven ability to lead complex litigation cases from start to finish
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-pressure situations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• A valid license to practice law in Florida

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Valid license to practice law in Florida
