This position is ideal for an attorney with at least two years of experience in labor and employment law. Location:

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice on employment law matters to clients in various industries
  • Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, policies, and other related documents
  • Assist with employment litigation, including preparing pleadings, discovery, and motions
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to labor and employment issues
  • Represent clients in administrative hearings, including before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and state agencies
  • Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Stay up-to-date on developments in employment law and regulations
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective legal strategies
  • Provide support in workplace investigations and compliance audits

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and employment law
  • Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Active license to practice law in Wisconsin (or willingness to obtain if not already admitted)
