Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience

A law firm in Florham Park, NJ, seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in gaming law and regulatory licensing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing gaming license applications, conducting research on gaming statutes and regulations, and drafting various legal documents. The position requires 2-4 years of gaming law, regulatory licensing, and corporate experience, along with strong communication and analytical skills.

Duties:

• Prepare gaming license applications for corporate and individual applicants.
• Research and analyze gaming licensing statutes and regulations.
• Review and analyze corporate and financial documents.
• Draft and review commercial and corporate documents, including contracts, license agreements, and corporate governance documents.
• Draft petitions and administrative filings for presentation to regulatory agencies.
• Communicate effectively with clients and regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

• J.D. is required, along with admission to the New Jersey, New York, and/or Pennsylvania Bar.
• 2-4 years of gaming law, regulatory licensing, and corporate experience.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance documents.
• Regulatory experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
