• Handle all phases of litigation from inception through trial, including discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
• Develop case strategies and provide clients with straightforward, concise counsel.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and arbitration.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex legal matters.
• Stay updated on labor and employment law changes and integrate new legal developments into practice.
• Manage multiple cases and clients simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective legal representation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4-8 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a strong focus on labor and employment law.
• At least 3 years of experience at a peer law firm in the employment law sector.
• Demonstrated experience handling class and representative actions, particularly in wage, hour, and discrimination cases.
• Admission to the California Bar and in good standing.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
