A law firm in Philadelphia is seeking a Senior Real Estate Associate Attorney with top academic credentials and 5-7 years of experience in handling loan documents, joint venture agreements, and purchase and sale agreements.

 

Duties:

  • Draft and review loan documents, joint venture agreements, and purchase and sale agreements.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate transactions, including financing, acquisitions, and dispositions.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews and title examinations for real estate transactions.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare legal opinions and memorandum on real estate matters.
  • Assist with the resolution of real estate disputes and litigation matters.
  • Stay updated on relevant real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate transactions.
  • Supervise junior associates and legal staff as necessary.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
  • 5-7 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on loan documents, joint venture agreements, and purchase and sale agreements.
  • Excellent academic credentials, including law school ranking and class rank.
  • Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
