This attorney will be responsible for handling a diverse range of construction and surety matters, including contract claims, transactions, arbitration, and litigation in state and Federal jurisdictions. The ideal candidate should have 1-8 years of experience in this field and be admitted to the Florida Bar.

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation in construction and surety matters.
  • Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to construction projects.
  • Advise clients on compliance with state and federal construction laws and regulations.
  • Represent clients in arbitration and litigation proceedings related to construction disputes.
  • Conduct legal research to stay up-to-date on relevant construction and surety laws.

Requirements:
