Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex documents related to leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development of property.
  • Provide expert legal counsel on planned community and condominium projects, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to address legal issues and facilitate successful transaction outcomes.
  • Conduct due diligence and analysis to support real estate transactions and mitigate risks.
  • Negotiate and resolve conflicts related to real estate agreements and transactions.
  • Draft and review various legal documents, including contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and development agreements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and legal developments to offer informed advice and strategic recommendations.
  • Contribute to the firm’s growth by developing and maintaining client relationships and managing a substantial caseload.

Requirements:

  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of 4 years of substantive transactional real estate experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in planned community and condominium law.
  • Proven ability to handle complex real estate transactions and negotiations.
