Duties

  • Represent clients in class actions and other multifaceted legal matters.
  • Oversee discovery processes with the support of eDiscovery and analytics teams.
  • Prepare and present oral arguments in court and key hearings.
  • Conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and handle mediations.
  • Work directly with clients to develop litigation strategies tailored to their needs.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in complex civil litigation, with a strong preference for cyber, privacy, or data-related litigation experience.
  • Skills: Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral communication abilities.
  • Attributes: A highly motivated team player with a critical thinking mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Bar Membership: Active membership in the California State Bar or eligibility to practice in California.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
