Duties:

• Assist in the oversight and coordination of support staff
• Attend occasional court appearances and travel to nearby counties as needed

Requirements:

• Active Iowa law license
• Federal licensure within six months of hire (if not currently held)
• Minimum 2-5 years of civil court experience or comparable legal experience
• Familiarity with real estate title law and standards is preferred
• Competency with electronic document handling and general computer proficiency

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
• Valid state Bar licensure in Iowa

Certifications:

• Federal licensure (within six months of hire if not yet obtained)
