Duties

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-6 years in investment management, fund formation, or a related legal practice area.
  • Licensing: JD from an ABA-accredited law school; active law license.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and document review skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent client-service orientation with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Comfortable working as part of a diverse team and independently when needed.
  • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple, concurrent responsibilities efficiently.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
