Job Overview:
A distinguished law firm in Dallas, TX, seeks an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney with a minimum of three years of expertise in civil litigation. Duties:

• Lead and support state and federal litigation cases, including arbitrations.
• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and strategic intent.
• Conduct and oversee discovery work and related legal processes.
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and other court appearances.
• Manage client communications, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Prepare cases comprehensively for mediation, trial, or arbitration.
• Collaborate with colleagues and effectively communicate with opposing counsel and the court.
• Guide junior attorneys and staff in case preparation and execution as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in civil litigation.
• Proven expertise in drafting high-quality legal documents, including motions and briefs.
• Strong written, analytical, and research skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage complex legal projects from start to finish.
• Background in appellate, insurance defense, and/or motion practice is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas and in good standing.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Texas.
