Duties

• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and board meetings
• Attend limited marketing events to promote firm services
• Provide expert legal counsel in community association law and insurance recovery
• Manage complex cases, providing strategic legal advice to clients
• Work closely with firm leadership and other attorneys to drive case outcomes and firm success

Requirements

• Active Bar license in California (Required)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in community association law, or insurance recovery is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• High attention to detail and effective case management

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school (Required)

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the State of California (Required)
