Duties:

• Maintain strong communication with both partners and clients to ensure clarity and accuracy throughout the patent process.
• Conduct patent searches and provide patentability analyses.
• Provide strategic guidance on intellectual property protection to clients in emerging fields such as automation, robotics, and neural networks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in patent prosecution.
• Proficiency in discussing technical details with engineers and other stakeholders.
• Ability to handle direct client interaction and complex technical discussions confidently.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Applied Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Certifications:

• Registration to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) is required.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
• Deep understanding of technical fields such as rocket engines, satellite technology, and neural networks.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
