Location:

Duties:

• Prepare personal injury cases for trial.
• Draft and file petitions in court.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties.
• Perform thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft motions and responses to opposing counsel’s motions.
• Manage a litigation docket with the support of a legal team.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Preferred Experience:

• 2 years of litigation experience.
• 1 year of trial experience.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• A background as a prosecutor is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law by the Texas State Bar.
