The candidate must have substantive legal experience in some, or all, of the following areas: real estate, real estate development, municipal utility districts, public improvement districts, public-private partnership in land development, and public law. Should be licensed to practice in Texas.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school. Must have demonstrated ability to immediately assume a meaningful role and participate in projects and client relationships.
