Job Title: Family Law Attorney (Hybrid) - San Diego, CA

Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm is currently seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its team as a co-counsel. This opportunity offers the chance to collaborate on a variety of family law cases while benefiting from a steady stream of clients and comprehensive administrative and business support. Attorneys can focus more on legal practice while the firm takes care of marketing, client intake, collections, and other operational tasks.

Duties:

• Provide expert legal representation in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously with high efficiency and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the firm’s team to ensure seamless client intake, documentation, and case progression.
• Develop strategies and offer advice in sensitive family law matters, maintaining a compassionate and ethical approach to client interactions.
• Handle a mix of full-service and limited-scope cases, depending on client needs.
• Maintain high levels of client communication and responsiveness throughout case developments.
• Ensure all work is completed on time and by the firm’s standards.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the state bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law, including handling diverse case types.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of cases concurrently.
• Prior experience with limited-scope representation is a plus.
• Strong commitment to providing empathetic, ethical, and client-centered legal services.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the state of California.
