The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both legal and non-legal teams.

Duties:

  • Draft and negotiate transactional documents related to mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews and analysis in preparation for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Advise clients on corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in the structuring and financing of business transactions.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex transactional matters.

Requirements:
