Duties:

  • Represent clients in various commercial litigation matters, including complex contract disputes.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Appear in state and federal courts for hearings, trials, and depositions.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies and solutions.
  • Manage case files, deadlines, and documentation effectively.
  • Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Stay updated on legal trends and developments relevant to commercial litigation.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 200 firm.
  • Proven experience handling complex commercial litigation matters and working in state and federal courts.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Admission to the Arizona Bar or eligibility for admission.
  • Admission to the California, Colorado, and Nevada Bar is a plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Excellent academic credentials required.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Arizona Bar (or eligibility for admission).
  • Admission to the California, Colorado, and Nevada Bar is advantageous.
