A law firm seeks a motivated Entry-Level Litigation Attorney to join its litigation team in San Jose, CA. Duties

• Engage with courts, clients, and consumers to effectively manage legal matters.
• Conduct thorough regulatory reviews to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
• Handle discovery processes, draft and respond to motions, and oversee other procedural aspects of litigation.
• Review, prepare, and execute legal documents throughout various stages of litigation.
• Represent clients in courtroom appearances, including hearings and trials.

Requirements

• Admission to the California State Bar (active license required).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under a high-volume caseload.
• Proven ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Federal court admission and experience are beneficial but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.

Skills

• Excellent analytical, research, and writing abilities.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills for courtroom and client interactions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
