Duties

  • Advocate in court hearings, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop legal strategies and provide clear guidance on case progress.
  • Work closely with legal support staff to track deadlines and manage case-related tasks efficiently.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, including networking events, marketing efforts, and legal education outreach.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in family law, immigration, and/or litigation.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to guide clients through complex legal matters.
  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of California and good standing with the California State Bar.
