A prominent law firm in Dallas, TX, specializing in personal injury law, is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to manage and litigate personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex cases, including car accidents, trucking accidents, and slip-and-fall incidents. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while being part of a collaborative, high-performing legal team.

Duties:

• Manage personal injury cases from inception to settlement or trial
• Draft and respond to written discovery
• Conduct depositions and participate in mediation
• Handle all aspects of the litigation process, ensuring timely and efficient case management
• Interact directly with clients, offering professional legal advice and counseling
• Collaborate with attorneys and litigation team members to manage priorities and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in personal injury law, including discovery, depositions, and litigation
• A proven track record of 1st chair trial experience (minimum 7 trials to verdict)
• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas and good standing with the State Bar
• Ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Strong client interaction skills, including case evaluation and legal counseling

Education:

• Doctorate in Law (JD)
• Texas Bar License (Required)

Certifications:

• Texas Bar License (Required)
• Federal court licensure and appellate experience (Preferred)
