Trusts & Estates Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview:

An established law firm is seeking experienced Associate Attorney to join its team in multiple practice areas. This role requires a minimum of five years of practice as a licensed attorney. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation and legal advisory experience, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex cases effectively.

Location:

• Pasadena, CA

Duties:

• Provide legal representation and counsel to clients in assigned practice areas.

• Handle litigation matters, including court appearances, motions, depositions, and trials.

• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, wills, trusts, and estate planning documents.

• Conduct legal research and analyze case law to provide sound legal advice.

• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex cases.

• Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality legal service.

• Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations relevant to assigned practice areas.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law.

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.

• Strong litigation, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
