Mid-Level General Liability Associate

Location:

Duties:

• Manage and litigate general liability cases.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Maintain and develop client relationships.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and work as part of a team.
• Meet the billable hours requirement of 1800 hours annually.
• Contribute to a positive, mentorship-focused team environment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of General Liability litigation experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage cases and interact with clients.
• Excellent references and a stable job history.
• Member of the California Bar in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California (required).
