Job Details:

  • Prepare and prosecute patent applications in the field of medical technology.

  • Assist in litigation support for medtech patent cases.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of substantive patent prosecution experience.
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, or bioelectrical engineering.
  • USPTO registration is required.
  • Superb technical, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Initiative, fast learner, and ability to work well with others.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, or bioelectrical engineering.

Certifications:

  • USPTO registration.

Skills:

  • Substantive patent prosecution experience.
  • Prior art database search proficiency.
  • Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Litigation support skills.
  • Due diligence support skills.
