The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional legal services. This role involves handling cross-border business transactions between the United States and Mexico, contributing to the growth of our well-established practice.

 

Duties:

  • Manage and negotiate complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
  • Draft and review various legal documents, contracts, and agreements in both English and Spanish.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on corporate governance, compliance issues, and regulatory matters.
  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for clients involved in international business activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to ensure comprehensive client service.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Arizona, or eligibility to become admitted within one year of hire.
  • 4+ years of experience practicing law in the field of business transactions, with a strong preference for candidates with cross-border transactional experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to draft legal documents and communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiating, and drafting skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of providing high-quality legal advice and client service in a fast-paced environment.
