Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in North Carolina.

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in estate planning and probate at a firm specializing in these areas.
  • Demonstrated high emotional intelligence.
  • Business acumen and technological proficiency, or the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
  • Proven ability to conduct one-on-one client consultation meetings independently.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Must be licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.
