Duties:

  • Handle all aspects of medical malpractice litigation.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions and pleadings.
  • Draft and respond to discovery requests.
  • Conduct expert research and manage expert witnesses.
  • Attend and lead depositions.
  • Represent clients in trials.
  • Engage in motions practice and pre-trial proceedings.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience handling medical malpractice cases.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in motions practice, discovery, and trial preparation.
  • Must be barred in Maryland.
  • Ability to work in-office (this is not a remote position).

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admitted to the Maryland State Bar.
