• Address client questions promptly and revise plans as needed to ensure they are ready for signature.
• Facilitate signing meetings and guide trust funding and ongoing maintenance.

General Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal and factual research to address client needs or support firm objectives.
• Maintain consistent communication with firm leadership to keep them informed of client matters.
• Follow firm protocols for confidentiality, billing, client communication, and document management.

Requirements

• Experience in estate planning, trust administration, probate, or trust litigation is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
