Job Overview:
A leading law firm is seeking a Junior-Midlevel Energy and Infrastructure Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in energy and infrastructure project finance, tax equity, and/or M&A. This role offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team in one of several U.S. offices, contributing to a market-leading practice with a focus on innovation and collaboration.

Location:

  • San Francisco

Duties:

  • Participate in energy and infrastructure project finance and M&A transactions.
  • Collaborate with a global team of attorneys on complex legal matters.
  • Engage in research, drafting, and negotiations related to project financing.
  • Build relationships with clients and develop business acumen.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in energy and infrastructure law.
  • Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.
  • Preferred membership in the California, Texas, New York, or Washington, D.C. Bar.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in good standing with a relevant State Bar.
