Participate in creditor meetings, court hearings, and negotiations with opposing counsel.
Advise clients on financial options, legal rights, and strategies for asset protection or debt discharge.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and case progression.
Stay current on state and federal legal changes impacting bankruptcy law and related proceedings.
Licensed to practice law in Michigan and be in good standing.
Prior experience navigating bankruptcy cases, with consumer and business filings exposure.
1-6 years of professional legal practice.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously in a high-paced environment.
Capable of conducting legal research and analysis with accuracy and depth.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
Successful completion of the bar examination in Michigan.
Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse client needs.
Analytical thinker with an eye for legal nuance and detail.
