The successful candidate is expected to bring a portable book of business exceeding $300,000, with rates surpassing $500 per hour. Duties:

• Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in artificial intelligence matters, covering issues such as intellectual property, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support case strategies and provide comprehensive advice on AI-related legal issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and licensing arrangements related to artificial intelligence.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and legal proceedings about AI disputes.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop effective case strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, specializing in artificial intelligence law.

• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
