Duties:

• Represent institutional lenders, private credit funds, and other financial entities in loan and credit transactions

• Manage all stages of complex lending deals, including structuring, negotiating, and closing

• Draft and review financing agreements, security instruments, and other transactional documents

• Advise on asset-based and cash-flow lending arrangements

• Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams and coordinate multi-party transactions

• Identify legal risks and develop strategies to resolve transactional challenges efficiently

• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in commercial and banking finance law

• Demonstrated knowledge of commercial finance structures and transactional law

• Proven ability to manage complex legal matters under tight deadlines

• Licensed to practice law in the State of New York

• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation abilities

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
