This role is ideal for candidates with 6-9 years of experience in estate planning, gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, as well as trust and estate administration. Duties:

  • Advise clients on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and wealth transfer strategies
  • Provide expertise in gift and estate tax, as well as generation-skipping transfer tax planning
  • Collaborate with clients and their advisors to develop personalized, tax-efficient solutions for high-net-worth families
  • Assist with business succession planning and estate management
  • Prepare legal documents related to estate planning and tax filings
  • Represent clients in matters involving the administration and distribution of estates and trusts

Requirements:

  • 6-9 years of relevant experience in Trust and Estate law
  • Proven ability to handle complex estate planning and tax matters

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
